All orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday are shipped the same-day using either Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 48. Tracking reference numbers are uploaded into the order on your account page.

If you have a query regarding an order placed through third party websites please use the customer messaging service in the website used.
We do not have control of shipments ordered and sent directly from Amazon. Please create a case in Amazon to query any delivery issues. We will endeavour to help as required but we are unable to query personal or account specific issues as we do not have access.
